Direct Primary Care

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is simplification of primary care.  With DPC you as an employer or individual have a direct relationship with your primary care doctor.  Technically there are no "rules" for DPC but I will explain how DPC works at Derby City DPC located in Louisville, KY.

For one fixed monthly fee you get access to your board certified primary care physician for your primary care needs.  This includes but is not limited to:

• Annual Physicals
• Sick visits (colds, etc)
• Chronic Disease visits like diabetes and hypertension
• Sports Physicals
• In office procedures (Skin tag removals, wart treatments, etc).  Whenever possible we will minimize procedure cost for you.  You will also know the total cost before the procedure is performed.
• Access to wholesale medications 
• Access to cash price negotiated labs and imaging
• No co-pays, deductibles, or other office visit fees
