• Price Transparency: Currently accepting patients 15 and above.  Monthly membership costs $99 per month.    Insurance is not needed or accepted.

• No co-pays, no booking fees, no deductibles.  At Derby City Direct Primary Care we actively avoid "nickel and diming you with extra fees".  When possible you will know how much labs, imaging and pathology fees are BEFORE you are treated.

• Our membership is intentionally limited to a small panel. to improve your access and service.  We are currently accepting new patients from our waitlist.

• Your appointments will be 30 - 60 minutes long and we expect them to start on time.  Your time is important and we strive to respect your time.

• You will have access to an appointment with your physician within 24-48 hours during business hours.

• You may save money on medications.

• Discounted labs with LabCorp.
